NIKE PROMO CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• NIKE Retail B.V at registered address Colosseum 1, 1213 NL Hilversum, Netherlands, referred to in these Promo Code Terms and Conditions as “NIKE”, is responsible for the Promo Codes.

• These Promo Code Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Promo Codes.

• The instructions on how you can redeem a Promo Code are included in the communication to you notifying you of the Promo Code (for example, in an email to you or in our other marketing channels). Promo Codes are only valid for a limited period of time specified in the communication to you and they cannot be used outside that time period.

• These Promo Code Terms and Conditions are additional to the NIKE Terms of Sale that will also apply to your purchase and use of any NIKE products.

• If you are new to NIKE, you will be required to register as a NIKE member, agree to these Promo Code Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms of use, and acknowledge

NIKE’s privacy policy before you can redeem your Promo Code.

• You will not be able to redeem your Promo Code if you have cancelled your NIKE membership. You will need to re-register as a NIKE member if you want to redeem the Promo Code.

• To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order of the NIKE product where specified during the online checkout process. Promo Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders of NIKE product. Promo Codes are only redeemable online at nike.com. and or Nike App.

• Promo codes are not valid on NIKE SNKRS and nor are they valid for any other NIKE product that is notified to you in the communication featuring the Promo Code or listed here Nike Promo Code Terms and Conditions | Nike Help.

• Promo codes are single use for you and non-transferable to another person. Where specified, a Promo Code may be used for more than one order of NIKE product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promo Code.

• Promo Codes may not be used in combination with any other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. The Promo Code has no cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for it.

• Promo Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale, discounted or promotional items or to purchase any gift cards.

• If you return any NIKE products purchased with a Promo Code, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item. You will need to provide NIKE with a receipt of the transaction, and the receipts from any subsequent returns, in order to receive a cash refund.

• All orders of NIKE products using a Promo Code are subject to the availability of that NIKE product.

• Improper use of the Promo Code by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these Promo Code Terms and Conditions and entitle us to stop you using or benefiting from any Promo Code.

• To the extent permissible by law, NIKE shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promo Code.

• NIKE reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend Promo Codes at any time, on reasonable written notice to you. However, if there are serious grounds for NIKE to do so, then NIKE may withdraw or amend the Promo Code without notice to you if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity).

• These Promo Code Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Netherlands. However, these Promo Code Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in the Netherlands, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
